Todd Houser

Michele has been an integral part of the growth and development of our agency in Portland since the very beginning, December 2000!  She loves making relationships with our State Farm customers, being there to serve in whatever capacity is needed. 

She thrives on going the extra step, making full use of her vast experience.  She also excels in helping customers with their life insurance, car insurance, home insurance, and business insurance needs.  Michele grew up in Wyoming, and is very active with her family of 5 including husband, 2 boys, and Dalmatian.  She is a top flight tennis and volleyball player (nickname “The Hammer”), avid sports fan, football mom, and loves to travel!

Ann Marie was born and raised in Oregon and loves the close proximity to both the mountains and the coast.  After a varied career in property management and small business ownership, we were blessed when she joined our team in Portland in 2015 as a selling and service associate, and she likes to joke she is never leaving! 

She is one of our life insurance team members, and well positioned to help with auto, home, renters, and business needs as well.  Away from her State Farm life, Ann Marie can be found reading, painting, taking long walks in the neighborhood, and spending time with her family.

Sharleen is a California native and has lived back and forth between Oregon and California over the years.  In a prior life she was a professor of business at several universities before joining the State Farm agency ranks.  She worked for several State Farm agents in California for 12 years, and we were fortunate when she moved with her family to Oregon, and joined our team in Portland in 2016. 

She brings these many years of life experience and State Farm Insurance experience to serving our customers and all of their policies including auto, home, life, renters, and business.  In her spare time Sharleen loves to read –everything from Toni Morrison to John Grisham – and taking nature walks with her dogs.

Hailey began her State Farm Insurance career in 2015 and we were truly blessed when she joined our team here in Portland in 2021.  She grew up in California, and moved to Oregon in 2005 to be closer to family.  Hailey chose to transition to the insurance industry on a referral from a friend, after a long career in banking management, and happily has never looked back. 

Her passion is customer service and building relationships with our customers.  She is dedicated to making sure their needs are met – car, home, renters, business -- and providing them with information to help protect their families.  Hailey enjoys watching movies, baking with her daughter, and spending time with her family and 3 dogs.

Tresura is originally from Southern California but has lived all over the western United States.  After many years in retail management and human resources, she started with State Farm in January 2012.  She lived for 12 years in Portland, but now works remotely for us and resides in Phoenix with her husband, 2 kids, 2 horses, 2 dogs, 2 ferrets and a cat. 

Tresura handles many important service aspects for our auto, home, life, renters, and condo insurance customers.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Small Business, and in her spare time loves to read, travel, and spend time with family and animals
