"Sevanna reached out to me wondering if I'd consider returning to insuring State Farm since I left about 7-8 years ago. "I'm new and so far so Very Good! Todd Houser has been responsive and helpful in saving me money from the get go. He is intelligent, a good communicator, genuinely interested in one's needs and, most importantly, trustworthy. In my many years with State Farm, Todd is the first agent who took the time to explain my policies in a way that I could "fully understand" and I never felt rushed. He has introduced me to offerings that I didn't know about and that I've accepted without feeling any pressure. Todd shows concern and a willingness to help that I've never experienced before with any insurance agent. His staff are all friendly and also eager to help in any way they can; the tone is always set from the top! I feel at home and not at all hesitant to call with questions, nor disappointed with answers that still leave me wanting, as I have experienced before at other offices. "Had an unfortunate accident and State Farm y my car. I honestly understood, she was a damaged 2012. They made me a far settlement offer, reimbursed my uber expenses promptly, and I had a personal claims agent I could reach out to with questions. When I decided to purchase a new car, they got me a new quote and reinstated my coverage within 48 hours. Honestly feel very well taken care of, Anna and Hailey were awesome and communicated very quickly. I used to have progressive—never going back"
